What is the Green Elephant?

The Green Elephant aims to reduce stigma around mental health, and support accessible pathways to services for all through information, advocacy, workshops and events.

Information

We strive to create and support information accessibility, through supporting accessible pathways to information about services and supports available and developing and gathering resources and tools to use for wellbeing

Advocacy

We advocate for accessible pathways to services for all. We support and speak with people to have their voices and opinions heard, and bring mental health into the open.
We aim to empower people to support and advocate for themselves their own needs

Finding Help

Finding the right help can be tricky, figuring out what kinds of support are available, which are suitable for you and how to access them takes time and can be overwhelming.

To help with this, we have gathered a diverse collection of services that you can search through to find support that suits you!
